Rates

My current rate for Counseling is $120 per 50-minute session. I accept cash, check or credit card payable at the time of service. Sliding scale fee adjustment is possible, depending upon your financial circumstances.

I am a network provider for Cigna/Evernorth Insurance Company, Beacon Health Options (ValueOptions) managed care, Optum/One Healthcare, and Aetna. For those with other insurance policies, I can provide you with a superbill to bill your insurance company for possible reimbursement, if requested. 

The 6-week Stress Management Through Mindfulness program in a group format is currently on hold. However, it is available on an individual basis at the rate of $100 per session.
